- abuse, molestation, harassment, mistreatment or maltreatment of a sexual nature, involvement, conduct or contact, regardless of consent;
- negligent employment, investigation, supervision, training or retention of, or failure to report to proper authorities a person who committed Sexual Misconduct or Molestation
- Definition of claim includes oral complaint
- Employee includes volunteers, teachers, coaches, counsellors and clergy
- No coverage for judicially determined perpetrator or knowledge of perpetrator
- Coverage for events occurring anywhere in the world
- Tailored Risk Management for policy holders and loss mitigation from first notice of claim
